Slow Flow Sunday 11am-12pm
This class is designed to calm the body through poses in a more mindful way. The poses are held longer to allow us to build awareness of the body. This class will end with a gentle meditation.
Mondays 6-7PM: All Levels Mobility Yoga with Nikki
Join Nikki for Monday Mobility Yoga! An exploration for natural and functional movement. This opening experience engages and releases the body through compassionate and mindful expression.
All Level Vinyasa Tuesday 630-730pm
Sarah’s all level yoga flow allows for beginners to establish a strong practice while also challenging experienced practitioners. This practice incorporates strength, flexibility, and breathe work through different sequences to benefit the practitioner. Ending in a meditation.
Wednesdays 7-8PM: Vinyasa Class II with Nikki
This all-levels power vinyasa practice guides students towards body awareness and empowerment while focusing on building strength, flexibility, and inner balance.
