Sunday Flow with Taylor – 6:00pm to 7:00pm
A moderately paced class for all experience levels to help fight off the Sunday scaries!
Monday Power Yoga with Seth – 6:00pm to 7:00pm
Opening with gentle warm-up movements, we’ll begin to increase intensity and build your inner heat. A few rounds of Sun Salutations stoke the fire even further. Flow through progressions of poses, linking movement with breath. By the end of practice we’ll have explored the healthy-edge of your physical practice and explored yoga’s potential for focusing your mind. Come for power, stay for restorative to experience a fully-balanced practice.
Monday Restorative Yoga with Seth – 7:15pm to 8:15pm
