Tuesdays 6:30-7:30PM: All Levels Flow Yoga with Taylor
Tuesday Flow Yoga with Taylor is back! Cultivate balance, strength, and flexibility in this moderately-paced all-levels vinyasa flow class. Integrate mind, body, and spirit in a way that will leave you feeling refreshed on and off the mat.
