Looking for something to do on Sunday mornings? Join Kayla Feist, our newest yoga instructor for a fun mix of power yoga and Pilates! Or if you prefer something a little slower and more relaxing, she’ll be taking over our Thursday Flow Yoga classes as well.
Kayla obtained her 200 RYT in Siem Reap, Cambodia, and has been bringing her passion and dedication to movement as medicine to teaching yoga for more than five years. Climbing and yoga aside, she’s also way into belly dancing, too! So come meet Kayla and give something new a try!
