Thank you for using our online membership management system. Please follow the prompts below to update your membership status and to manage information pertaining to your account such as updated mailing address, email, or credit card billing information.
Please note that all changes to your account must be made by the 15th of the prior month. For example, to freeze/terminate your account for June, you would need to submit the request by May 15th.
Before going forward we would like to clarify the difference between freezing and terminating an account.
Freezing an account charges a reduced monthly amount of $10 in place of your individual monthly dues but allows you to keep your current monthly rate upon “unfreezing” your account. For family memberships, please indicate all impacted family members.
Terminating an account eliminates the freeze fee and terminates your membership. If you decide to rejoin CRG in the future, your membership will be at the current membership rate, which could be higher if our rates change. For family memberships, please indicate all impacted family members.
