Mondays: 7:30 – 9:30pm

Wednesdays: 5 – 7pm

Participants are limited to 1 practice/week of their choosing.

In order to cancel, participants must submit a change form through MY ACCOUNT PORTAL by the 15th of the month prior to a change taking place.
