This two hour clinic is structured with the advance climber in mind. If you have recently plateaued in your climbing ability or just wish to accelerate the process through training this class is for you. The focus of this class will be to introduce the hangboard, campus board, and systems board as tools for climbing strength gain. The class will address key topics such as injury prevention, form, and workout construction.
This is not an introductory level technique class. Due to the potential for injury when using this equipment, you must have experience climbing regularly for at least a year and comfortably climb at least V5 or 5.11+ to participate in this class.
