Before going forward we would like to clarify the difference between freezing and terminating an account during this Coronavirus period.
Freezing an account charges a reduced monthly amount of $10 in place of your full monthly dues. This is a great option if you would like to support the gym at a reduced rate.
Terminating an account eliminates the freeze payment and terminates your membership. If you terminate your account during the Coronavirus closing, you will not be charged for reinstatement (typically $99) regardless of your reactivation date.

If you choose to keep your membership active or freeze your account during the Coronavirus period, you may elect to terminate at any time for future months.
