All Levels Yoga – Breath & Alignment – with Amy.Tuesday6:05 – 6:50pmThis class invites students to find their expression of each pose using the breath. Cuing emphasizes effective alignment, with poses generally held longer to deepen with the breath and build strength over time. Numerous modifications offered throughout the class, making it suitable for all levels. Location: Yoga Studio

Intermediate Yoga – Deepening Your Practice – with Amy.Tuesday7:05 – 7:50pmThis class offers students with previous yoga experience the opportunity to further develop their practice. Cuing will guide students to go deeper – mentally or physically – while learning to honor one’s own edge of comfort and ability.

Vinyasa Yoga – with Spencer.Wednesday6:05 – 6:50pm &7:05 – 7:50pmThis class is an all levels vinyasa flow. Learn the techniques of breathing, meditation, and yoga with Spencer as he guides you through 60 minutes of breath-to-body movement. Specifically designed to stretch those muscles used during climbing, Spencer offers both modifications for beginners and advanced poses for more seasoned practitioners. You’ll leave this class feeling stronger, more flexible, yet relaxed and ready to tackle any climb!

Meditation – with Rob.Wednesday6:30 – 7:00pmDo you feel like meditation is one of those things that you think you should do, but often don’t get around to doing? Do you feel like you can’t “quiet your mind”, or meditation won’t work for you? Maybe you have been meditating for years, but are looking for some new inspiration. Instinctive meditation may be just what you are looking for!

All Levels Yoga – with Nozomi.Thursday6:05 – 6:50pm &7:05 – 7:50pmThis session is set-up as an all level Vinyasa class and meant to keep both experienced yoga enthusiasts as well as those trying it for the first time before heading out to the climbing walls. The class is generally a bit more challenging than typical level 1 classes. The Yoga instructor will be happy to tailor the class to whoever shows up and will offer appropriate variations for the different levels of students in the class. While it is advisable to have some yoga experience before attending classes, a fit beginner should fit right in and will likely have company.

Morning Flow & Go – with Spencer.Friday7:00 – 7:45amA 45 minute vinyasa flow yoga class designed to wake you up, stretch and strengthen your muscles, center the mind, and get you ready for the day. This class focuses on breath awareness while the body moves through poses designed to ground and energize body, mind, and spirit.

Anatomy Yoga Series – with Amy.Second SaturdaysFebruary 13th – Feet 10:30 – 12:00pm2:00 – 3:30pm
Want to learn why activating your feet protects your knee? Need to increase your hip flexibility? Curious about how to safely build strength to hold a handstand? These topics, and more, will be explored in this Saturday series for climbers, yogis and anyone interested in learning more about their body. In this four part yoga series, participants will develop greater awareness of several key anatomical aspects of the body. The first three classes will focus on each of the following: feet, hips and shoulders. The final class will culminate in an integration of the previous class topics. Participation in all four classes is not required but is encouraged. Location: Yoga Studio

Fitness classes are FREE for members and $15 for Non-Members (Unless specified otherwise) Click the icon in the individual class offerings to sign up! We strongly encourage that you bring your own mat. Due to social distancing protocols, space is very limited. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to the class start time in order to secure your space. If this is your first time returning to the gym since we have reopened, please be sure to complete a new waiver online. In case you can’t make it call the gym to cancel to allow others to sign-up!
