Please follow the prompts below to update your membership status and manage information pertaining to your account such as updated mailing address, email, or credit card billing information.
** Change requests will be honored after the first FULL month of membership and must be submitted no later than the 15th of a given month to take effect the following month.
- A membership that is initiated on March 6th cannot be terminated or frozen until May 1st at the earliest.
- A membership that needs to be terminated or frozen starting August 1st must have the request submitted by July 15th.
Before going forward we would like to clarify the difference between freezing and terminating an account.
- Freezing an account charges a reduced, per-person monthly fee (normally $10 each) in place of your full monthly dues. This is a great option if you are away for a few weeks or a few months and want to avoid the reinstatement fee for terminating an account. Furthermore, in most cases, it also allows you to stay locked in at your current pricing.
- Terminating an account avoids the freeze fee, but you may be subject to a reinstatement fee (typically $99) to set your account up again in the future. Reinstating your account will also be at current pricing at the time of reinstatement.
