We are currently not offering yoga classes due to Coronavirus related restrictions on our attendance and space. We will begin offering yoga classes again as soon as we can.
Climbing Progression Program
The Climbing Progression Program is made up of four classes with unique focuses, including Injury Prevention and Fitness Training; Movement and Efficiency; Hold Usage, Sequencing and Body Positioning; and Footwork and Balance. There are two classes each week running from 8-9pm on Monday and Thursday evening. Classes are free for members and class size is limited to six participants.
