Thank you for using our online membership management system. Central Rock Gym’s policy is that change requests must be submitted no later than the 15th of the month prior to the next billing. An account that needs to be frozen for August 1st must have the request submitted by July 15th. Please follow the prompts below to updating your membership status and to manage information pertaining to your account such as updated mailing address, email, or credit card billing information.
Please note that new accounts and re-activation of terminated accounts cannot be done through this system. Please stop in at a gym and a staff member will be happy to get you set up.
Before going forward we would like to clarify the difference between freezing and terminating an account.
Freezing an account charges a reduced monthly fee (normally $10) in place of your full monthly dues. This is a great option if you are away for a few weeks or a few months and want to avoid the reinstatement fee for terminating an account.
Terminating an account avoids the freeze fee but you will be subject to a re-instatement fee (typically $100) to set your account up again in the future.
The one you choose should be based on the length of time you will be away from the facility. Please check with your home gym for exact pricing if you are unsure which option is most appropriate for you.
