Thank you for using our online membership management system. Please follow the prompts below to update your membership status and to manage information pertaining to your account such as updated mailing address, email, or credit card billing information.
Please note that all changes to your account must be made by the 15th of the prior month. For example, to freeze/terminate your account for June, you would need to submit the request by May 15th.
Before going forward we would like to clarify the difference between freezing and terminating an account.
Freezing an account charges a reduced monthly amount of $10 in place of your full monthly dues. This is a great option if you will only be away from the gym for a few weeks to a few months.
Terminating an account eliminates the freeze fee and terminates your membership. If you decide to rejoin in the future your membership will be at the current membership rate.
Please check with your home gym if you are unsure which option is most appropriate for you.
New accounts and re-activation of terminated accounts cannot be done through this system. Please stop in at a gym and a staff member will be happy to get you set up or call us at (617) 227-1087.
