Day Visit: Your scout troop will love climbing at Central Rock! Our professional staff will help the scouts checked in, into their gear, help either teach them to belay or belay them for this two hour event. The scouts must be at least 12 years old to learn to belay. Cost: $20 per scout with staffed belaying, and $25 per scout with belay lesson. Merit Badge: Bring your scouts in to earn their badge. This class will teach an introduction to many different aspects of climbing, including knot tying, belaying, rappelling, equipment checks, safety, and more. This event will take at least 3-4 hours for one group. Participants must be at least 14 years old. Please call two weeks in advance for reservations. Minimum of 5 participants. $50/scout Sleep Over:Bring your scouts in to earn their badge, or just for an evening to have fun climbing. This event will start around 7pm. Scouts will have the opportunity to learn a variety of skills in the evening, and after business hours. Our professional staff will make sure you are totally satisfied with you climbing experience and stay. In the morning, you and the scouts may stay to climb during business hours as well. Each sleep over may be tailored to the clients needs. Plenty of space for sleeping bags, and many multi use spaces for eating, classes, meetings or movies. Minimum of 12 participants. Cost: $45 a scout.
